Sky Pirates is a browser-based steampunk puzzle game where players rotate wind vanes to direct signal flares across a sprawling airship-filled cloudscape.
The game is provided free of charge and requires no account registration.
You may play Sky Pirates for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. You must not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the game's code or assets without prior written permission from Sky Pirates Arcade.
All content in Sky Pirates — including artwork, animations, sound, puzzle design, and code — is the exclusive property of Sky Pirates Arcade. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to play the game for personal use.
Sky Pirates is provided on an "as is" basis. Sky Pirates Arcade makes no warranty that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Pirates Arcade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Sky Pirates.
Game progress is stored in your browser's local storage. Sky Pirates Arcade is not responsible for loss of saved data due to browser updates, cache clearing, or device changes.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Sky Pirates at any time. We will try to preserve backward compatibility with saved progress where technically feasible.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continuing to play Sky Pirates after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sky Pirates Arcade operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
